If you’ve fallen in love with Ezra and Martha’s story and aren’t quite ready to say goodbye, you’re in the right place. I’ve created some special extras that allow you (and me!) to linger a little longer in their world.
Music is at the heart of this story. It’s almost a character of its own! Can I share a secret with you? Long before I wrote the first word of Ezra and Martha’s story, their music was already playing in my head. I wrote some of these songs even before the actual book.
In fact, I would go as far as saying some of these songs actually shaped the story. They were my playlist, helping me understand Ezra and Martha’s hearts, their wounds, and what needed to happen before they found each other again. The songs they sang to each other during “song swap night,” the charity album song Martha asked Jim to remix and, of course, “Whispers of You”—all of these songs have melodies as well as the lyrics you read.
You can’t “hear” these songs while reading the book, so I wanted you to be able to listen to the music, along with an exclusive special glimpse into Ezra and Martha’s future.

The Music of Small Town Harmony

The song that changed everything. Written in a moment of pure love, when Ezra watched the morning light dance across his sleeping wife’s face, this is his original version – the one that launched him into stardom and set their story in motion.

Bonus Epilogue: A Glimpse into Ezra and Martha’s Future
By the end of Small Town Harmony, Martha and Ezra have rebuilt their foundation through counseling, honest communication, and renewed faith. Their marriage is truly on solid ground.
